It's been over a year now since I began which hadn't struck me until it was over. I sent an email to moonbeam13 last night as a ^ and when I logged in this morning I was back to a `. My brain hasn't quite figured it out yet and I'm still writing in a 'must say responsible things' mode. The only reminder is a little pink heart.
I might come back after my degree is over (in about 18 months time) if they'll have me. Hey, maybe I could use my new qualifications to get a paid position, although spyed might need some convincing he needs an architect on the team.
As well as quitting here I've deleted about 10gb of games and other related crap on my computer. Saved games, maps I've made; all gone. It makes me feel sad that I've lost those, and my dA position, and can't get them back, but also it feels good. Real good.
EDIT: thanks to all the people saying kind words. Also my bitchin' CSS doesn't seem to work now, even though it does for older journal entries. Turning it off until I can tune it to the new, non-staff system. Non staff... sniff.
