studio design

This is the studio that my previous deviation ( [link] ) will go into. It's for this artist lady and the site is sloped downwards. That big window points north so that she gets nice even light and the door is on the left on the ground floor. I'm trying to find a quick way to illustrate designs like this and I think this way works. The hardest part is getting the perspective right. Critique very welcome, please
